MoveSmartTN may send SMS messages related to:

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Additional SMS features may be added in the future once our messaging program receives carrier approval.

2. Opt‑In Consent

By completing the MoveSmartTN client intake form and providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from MoveSmartTN for the purposes listed above. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Opt‑Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying:

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you complete a new intake form and provide consent again.

7. Eligibility

MoveSmartTN may update these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. If additional SMS features are approved by carriers in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly. Continued participation in our SMS program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
